Supporting organisations to build new integrity or investigations units from the ground up - structure, governance, operating model, hiring support and induction. Draws on direct experience establishing inaugural integrity functions in government and professional services.

Interim and fractional integrity leadership

Senior interim leadership of an integrity or investigations function, providing executive-level oversight and capability during periods of establishment, transition or uplift. Structured as a fixed-term engagement.
